as sakura is in the back with the doctor as the doc tell her to push " as she being to push one of the baby come out of her " as the doc look at the baby the doc say that it is a boy thin the doc say to push one moer time " as she push one more time the othre baby came out of her" thin the doc look at the baby it is a girl "as she look at her babies thin smile".

" your burning up foolish little brother your sick." Sasuke simply smiled up to Itachi. " I've been sick ever since i left the hidden sound village big brother. and i know your not hateful. it's a cover up." Sasuke moved both arms around Itachi's waist just wanting the heat to stop. " well foolish little brother i think your children are born let me leave before sakura has a cow. And you need rest as well take your medicine." Itachi let Sasuke go walking back to the anbu's laughing and joking never saying a word about sasuke.

as sakura is geting pushd out by the doc she thin look at sasuke " sasuke come over here to see your now baby twin's it is a boy and girl" thin she look away from him she thin happend to itachi thin she use's a sakura shadow clone to tell itachi in his ear to say " itachi come up to my room to see your lil brother new baby twin's it is aboy and girl".

sakura would in her hospital bed she then would see sasuke and itachi come in she then say "hi sasuke see your new babies we have a boy and a girl "as she would kiss sasuke then she look at itachi to say " hi itachi my bro in-law come in to my hospital room to see the babies it is a boy and it is a girl" she then look at sasuke and itachi and say i love you both.

Sasuke smiled a bit seeing the babies. Itachi nodded never saying anything reason he didn't feel like he belonged with this family. Itachi would turn his head slowly. But he did kiss both twins before slowly walking to the door. " itachi's not mad he just doesn't feel right sakura. i guess i grew up to quick for him. thier cute sakura-chan." Itachi looks back as a tear rolled down his cheek. " take care of each other.. i'll try my best to protect the 4 of you."

as sakura lay in the bed she look at itachi as she is crying she say " bye itachi and if you think that you do not belonged with this family you are and you will always be a Uchiha no matter what itachi and i want you to come see the babies when you have time ok" as she would looking and yes we will as she look at sasuke.

Sasuke said to Sakura watching her and the twins. He'd stork Suke's cheek lightly with his right thumb,smiling for just a while. Knowing that soon he too had to leave the leave the hidden leaf village. Talking things over wouldn't help one bit, that hope would be out the question. Sakura really wants him to stay but can't.
Closing his eyes in thought sasuke seems very lost. Sakura wanted to go with him out the hidden leaf to be with him. But he said no so many times because he cared for sakura. Why would she want to run and hide. Be under the stress of someday being caught and killed. Reopening his eyes he'd look to sakura.
" what will you do now sakura -chan?"

sakura as she just lay in the bed seh look at sasuke "if you are thanking about leaveing me then just go i know you can not stay" i will take care of the twin and me " as she look at him and cry i want you to stay with me and the twin about you can not so i will just be happy and to see you" as she cry.

as sakura take sasukejr from sasuke to feed him she look at him " i know that you are doing this to protect and i do know that shinbo will do anything for that of his or hers family i am a shinbo to but i am worry about that the kids will grow up not knowing who there dad is" as she look at sasuke then kiss him.

He'd deeply kiss sakura while playing with Sharon's hand once in a while. Sasuke felt hurt confused and worried about her and the kids what was he to do. So many questions came to his head which are cut short due someone spotted him.

he'd disappear into the black flames, you can hear shouting from hunter ninjas calling for back up. As back up would appear dealing with Missing S - rank ninjas. All 7 S-ranked ninjas disappear with sasuke Itachi included in the seven.

4 month has pass and now the twins are 4 month now as sakura is in her room cry look at a pix of sasuke she thanking win is she going to see him agine she miss sasuke so much as she cry to sleep sill with the pix of him as the twins are sleeping in there babyroom.

As those months passed Sasuke was busy with Itachi planning on how to get sakura. He woke up late feeling sick to his belly. As he'd slowly turn he noticed that he wasn't in his own room. Sasuke somehow manged to be in Itachi's room. with a groan he moves of off Itachi's chest well his head , this seemed to become a habit sleeping in Itachi's room. This would happen every time he became sick or had nightmares. Even as a child he'd run to Itachi's room sleeping on older brother's chest, always feeling safe.
" Itachi... I don't feel to good. but i want to see sakura. Why is the room spinning"
Sasuke holds his head with the left hand as the other one grabbed on to the mattress.Itachi opened his now raven black eyes blinking a couple of times. His own hand goes to his forehead as his right moved sasuke's left checking his Temperature. Itachi felt sasuke's forehead being very hot.
" with a fever you can't go see them... You should rest but like i know you foolish little brother you'll go anyway. How about we get you dress for the winter the hidden leaf will be cold today."
Itachi said as he swung his legs over the edge of the bed. He then walked to the restroom looking for the cold medicine.

as sakura wake up from to crys she then put on her rub then walk to the babyroom to see why the twin is crying she then go to see sasukejr to feed him as she is done feeding suke she then go to sharon to feed then she put her in the babybed then the babies are sleep on sn then she go to look at tv in her room.
